To remain composed during a major crisis such as the one that the world is facing now is not easy. The news, long lines in grocery stores, empty offices, fewer cars on the road and many other indicators create so much fear and anxiety. I don’t think anyone is immune to it. I almost convinced myself that I had the virus.

After confronting this, what brought some sanity in the situation was reading a book that made me feel good, listening to an inspirational talk and chatting with a group of people in the co-working space. We started thinking of how we can help others. Fear can weaken your mental and physical resistance. By sharing these thoughts I encourage everyone to seek ways of feeling good.
