I had the good fortune of listening to a lecture about how we can respond, not react to the virus. I know it is easy for me to say it sitting in the comfort of my home. How many have to be in the frontline doing “essential services?” My special wishes for their safety.
Getting back to how we can respond… I liked a few of the recommendations:
- Set a goal for this stay-at-home period to upgrade yourself a few notches both physically and mentally/emotionally.
- Pick up one good habit–healthy food, at-home exercise, be nice (show real gratitude to cashiers at the grocery store), be understanding with kids and family–don’t react to behaviors and anything else that builds your health and your personality!
At the end of this experience, if we are better human beings, we truly would have beaten this pandemic in every sense of the word. What do you think? Stay safe.
